What I Will Do To Keep You Safe
Air Filters-The office has several high-quality air filters; the one in the treatment room is designed specifically to deal with viruses.

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures-The room, surfaces and and the linens are cleaned & disinfected between clients according to the new standards outlined for COVID. We also regularly wipe down surfaces in our common areas too.

Vaccination-I am vaccinated and boosted and keep my exposure down by still wearing a mask in most public places outside of work. And-I continue to ALWAYS wear a mask at work to protect us both.
What I Ask From You
Hand Sanitizer- Please feel free to use as you come and go from the office. It will be avaliable in the waiting room & my treatment room.

Masks-Client are no longer requried to wear masks during their sessions, but if you prefer to wear one, I do have KN-95 masks available for you.

Reschedule if Sick-Please reschedule your session if you have a cough, fever or chills or other symptoms you are suspicious could be COVID in the last 10 days. Also reschedule if you are sick with a cold/flu/any other infection, as bodywork can overwhelm your system and make you feel worse. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you are sick.

COVID Exposure-Please also let me know if you have been recently exposed to anyone with COVID in the past 10 days and/or been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a health care professional.

Positive COVID Test-And, of course, if you have tested positive in the last 10 days with COVID, even if you had no or minimal symptoms, please reschedule your appointment until after 10 days.

Vaccination-I am not requiring clients to be vaccinated for their sessions.

Monkeypox-Although not a major concern for most people, please reschedule if you have a rash or any unexplained sores. Transmission can happen with skin to skin contact with just 1-2 visible sores.
