Please make checks out to River Rock Wellness. Payment is due at the time of service except for pre-paid packages. Cash discount is $5off any length session if you pay with cash/check. Sorry, I do not accept Venmo or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:
24-48hrs. is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. If you can't give that much notice, you are also welcome to try to find someone to fill in your appointment slot. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee for your session. This policy does not apply if you are sick the day of your appointment or have tested positive for or suspect that you have been exposed to COVID.

Gift Certificates:
Available to buy year-round at rates above or look for special offers a few times a year. Gift certifcates are non-redeemable/non-transferable and cannot be used for yourself. Gift certificates expire after 1 yr. unless an extended date is requested.

Insurance Billing:
I do not bill insurance directly, but I am happy to provide an itemized receipt with my tax-ID number for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider or for a health insurance savings account.
